We're hiring: Freelance Content Creator

We’re looking for a freelance content creator to produce a minimum of 6 videos per week for our Roof East Instagram and TikTok accounts, as well as X memes and Facebook posts. You will be required to brainstorm and approve concepts, film, edit, and deliver weekly.

Please note that this role includes regular evening and weekend work.

From the beginning of April to end of September 2025, 3-4 days a week (6 months)

Roof East and our head office based at Trinity Buoy Wharf

• 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Able to differentiate between Instagram and TikTok content styles
• Strong copywriting skills. Witty and able to craft punchy one-liners
• Knowledge of social media culture & trends
• Able to react to cultural moments and trends quickly
• Comfortable appearing on camera and working collaboratively with a team
• Experience with video editing software such as CapCut
• A good understating of meme culture

• Experience with influencer marketing
• Familiarity with professional photography and editing (Photoshop, Lightroom)
• Paid social knowledge
• Design skills (Photoshop, InDesign, Canva)
